Favorite late night meal in all the land. Where else can you get the most delicious Pozole at 2am while your friend is insisting that you have bites of their chicken mole wrapped in fresh tortilla. My recent go to has been the wet burrito with carnitas, no rice, smothered in warm salsa verde.
